This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of Recruitment Marketing Specialists in the Employer Brand and Attraction team, reporting to the Employer Brand Manager. Part of the HR function, we work together to attract great people into the business via traditional marketing and digital channels. We are looking for a passionate individual to manage the planning, delivery and optimisation of our recruitment social media strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Development of the recruitment social media channel strategy across our channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Manage the social media content calendar.
- Management of paid social campaigns.
- Source and create engaging social media content.
- Management of internal content creator programme.
- Use data and insights to continuously optimise our social media strategy, including the creation of monthly reports.
- Support the recruitment team and wider business with social media training and best practice.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Able to write engaging social media copy and also engage key stakeholders.
- Understanding of social media trends and ability to create high quality content.
- Experience with video and photo editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop etc.
- Experience with using social media management tools such as Dash, Sprinklr, Sprout Social etc.
- Analysing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights to inform strategy.
- A collaborative personality - able to work as part of a close-knit team and partner with multiple stakeholders across the wider business.
It would be great if you also have:
- Previous employer brand or recruitment marketing experience.
