This position has a focus on management of external partners, contractors, and key internal stakeholders involved in overall project delivery.

As a Project Manager in our Property team, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Oversee fast‑paced roll‑out and refurbishment programmes with minimal disruption to trading operations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, health & safety compliance, and contractor performance.
Budget & Cost Control
  • Work closely with QS and finance teams to prepare and take ownership of project budgets, monitor spend, and forecast final costs.
  • Manage change control, contractor variations, and value‑engineering opportunities.
  • Ensure cost‑efficient delivery while maintaining required quality and brand standards.
Contractor & Supplier Management
  • Procure and manage external contractors, consultants, and specialist suppliers.
  • Oversee tender processes, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution with all project partners.
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, property, operations, merchandising, and retail management.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

  • Ensure all project diligence is completed in regard to completion of business process protocols – Inception to hand over.
  • Review design information and provide technical input during pre‑construction stages.
  • Lead snagging, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure a high‑quality end product.
  • Support with development and implementation of project delivery improvement processes.
Team Management Support
