Boots is hiring an Inbound Repack Team Leader to oversee the inbound department, lead a team, and drive efficient receiving, packing and despatching of stock.

The role focuses on coaching, performance, and achieving KPIs in a busy warehouse environment.

Reporting to the Department Manager, you will manage shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm), ensure safety and compliance, and foster a positive team culture while delivering production targets and working closely with leaders across the site.
