Boots is seeking a Solution Architect – HR Transformation to lead end-to-end design of a major HR platform, covering Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment and Learning.
You will partner with HR, IT and implementation partners to deliver a scalable, secure solution aligned with business goals, acting as design authority throughout the project lifecycle.
The role is fixed-term for 18 months, based in Nottingham.
