  • Review migration deliverables and ensure integrity of migrated data.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, security and governance policies, defining controls for handling personal and sensitive data.
  • Establish audit and reconciliation processes.
  • Act as primary counterpart to the Systems Integrator Data Migration Lead.
  • Manage relationships with incumbent HR platform suppliers to facilitate data extracts and archival activities and challenge migration solutions where appropriate.
  • Facilitate workshops and migration decision forums.
  • Communicate complex data concepts in business-friendly language.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves):

  • Experience leading at least two large-scale enterprise data migration programmes involving multiple source systems, complex data landscapes and significant business transformation.
  • Experience working in complex environments involving multiple suppliers, implementation partners and legacy platforms.

  • Experience with data archiving, retention and legacy system decommissioning.
  • Strong understanding of data migration tools, accelerators and automation processes.
  • Ability to challenge and influence suppliers and delivery partners to ensure migration solutions are robust, efficient and aligned to programme objectives.
