Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join Boots as a Commercial Manager - Beauty in our vibrant Nottingham office! This pivotal role is at the heart of our travel retail strategy, where you will work closely with insights, category teams, and the Travel Commercial team to develop a market‑leading retail strategy that showcases the Best of Boots to our customers and key strategic partners. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on our airport and train station business, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, Travel. While this is a manager‑level position with no direct reports, your influence will be felt across the organisation as you expand our retail product range to include travel‑exclusive and relevant products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and source new product and range opportunities, collaborating closely with the Commercial Manager - Beauty to ensure best‑in‑class execution.
  • Utilise your analytical skills to track performance and present data to key stakeholders, helping to identify the right commercial opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with Area Managers and Store Managers to ensure operational excellence across key commercial initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a travel pricing policy in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the overarching travel commercial strategy.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):

  • Experience in retail, ideally across Commercial, Retail, Marketing, and Insight.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering targets through strategic planning.
  • Ability to view challenges from multiple perspectives (commercial, customer, brand, and operational) to drive effective outcomes.
  • Experience managing key stakeholders and working cross‑functionally.
  • A passion for the Travel Format and a desire to make a significant impact in this crucial area of our business.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience in Travel Retail or high‑volume retail environments.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, both internally and externally.
