As part of our General Merchandise Business Unit, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate with various departments to create a compelling and customer-focused gifting experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and deliver the commercial plan for the Christmas gifting category.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four direct reports.
- Collaborate with ISM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising to execute an integrated category plan.
- Build and manage strong supplier partnerships to develop exclusive and differentiated product ranges.
- Develop and execute a clear, customer-led seasonal trading strategy to ensure operational excellence for a seamless Christmas launch.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Previous experience working within a buying or category team.
- Strong financial knowledge and acumen.
- Line management experience.
