What you’ll be doing
This role is at the heart of our Content, Social and Influencer team and you will report directly to the Content Production Manager, working alongside the wider team, Marketing teams and paid performance partners. You will bridge the gap between paid social performance and organic strategy, ensuring our campaigns land seamlessly across all social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Read, translate, and activate paid social creator lead content from agency media plans to deliver maximum ROI, in line with our brand comms objectives.
- Align organic content with paid amplification to ensure brand messaging is consistent and high-converting.
- Build relationships with creators and influencers, negotiating rates and usage rights for paid ad campaigns.
- Tailor content and ad formats to fit channel-specific best practices, testing new formats on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with our Influencer Team to weave creator and UGC assets into paid social ad funnels.
- Analyse campaign metrics (paid & organic) to spot trends, refine targeting, and feed insights into future planning and campaigns.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven hands-on experience managing social across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Comfortable capturing high-quality mobile video and editing social-first content (using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro).
- Ability to read media plans, understand paid ad specs, and partner with media agencies on campaign activations.
- Strong understanding of creator marketing and how to turn UGC into top-performing paid ad creative.
- Confident building relationships with creators, negotiating fees, contract terms, and usage rights.
- Clear understanding of what content drives engagement vs. conversion across different platforms.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of social commerce features like TikTok Shop.
- Experience presenting on-camera or interviewing creators at events.
