Boots is seeking an Assistant Change Manager to support the Griffin Programme, driving adoption of new EPOS systems and processes across 1900 stores and 40,000 colleagues.
Reporting to the Griffin Change Manager, you will work with Retail Operations, IT and external partners to plan, communicate and train teams, ensuring readiness before go-live and ongoing support. This on-site role is an 18-month FTC/Secondment with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and change impact assessment.
