Responsibilities
- Work with the Category Manager and Brand Buying team on development, sourcing and delivery of consumer brands.
- Decide which products reach in‑store shelves and analyse data to provide sourcing recommendations.
- Support global consumer and retail brand strategies, identifying new opportunities and gaps.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating cost savings and sourcing best possible prices for raw materials.
- Focus on financial targets and monitor progress while keeping customers at the heart of decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing or buying, supplier management, or negotiation skills within FMCG or related industries.
- Commercial awareness in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing market.
- Willingness to travel within the UK or internationally as required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
