Are you ready to lead a high-impact team and shape the future of No7 Beauty Company? As the Head of Brand Growth Programmes & Delivery, you will partner closely with our Chief Growth Officer to drive delivery, alignment, and performance across our most important brand growth initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a centralised team of programme, project, planning, and performance specialists, ensuring that priorities, people, and projects are aligned to one connected growth plan. You will lead initiatives across Innovation, NPD, brand transformation, digital enablement, and consumer experience, embedding effective ways of working across the Brand Growth organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Brand Growth Programmes & Delivery team to drive execution and remove barriers.
  • Run governance forums that monitor and enable delivery of the growth portfolio.
  • Embed simple, connected processes that support speed, quality, and alignment across Centres of Excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement, including the use of technology and AI.
  • Provide clear reporting, RAG status updates, and KPI tracking.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • 3–5 years’ experience driving growth and performance across global consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of programme, project, and portfolio methodologies.
  • Experience leading through change and ambiguity, providing clarity and direction.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across multiple levels and functions.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working within a multi-brand or global beauty organisation.
  • Exposure to innovation, NPD, or brand transformation programmes.
  • A track record of building capability and developing high-performing teams.
