Boots Opticians in Gateshead is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers on the shopfloor. You will greet customers, listen to their needs and help them find the right eyewear solution, from glasses to contact lenses, and support with eye-tests and pre-screening activities.
You will join a team with extensive training through the Step Into Optics programme, gain hands-on experience, and help maintain high shop-floor standards while delivering aftercare.
