The hourly rate for this role is £12.98 - £13.81 depending on location. About the role
From engaging with customers to providing personalised beauty consultations, your day will be filled with helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. You will be based on our Liz Earle counter in store and report into the Counter Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Build great relationships with our customers and your colleagues
- Provide personalised consultations and skin services
- Meet your sales targets and tell customers about our Liz Earle offers and in-store promotions
- Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
- Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase the range of Liz Earle products
What you’ll need to have
- Welcome each customer and treat everyone with empathy and understanding
- Enjoy meeting sales targets and playing their part to deliver great team performance
- Love to learn and keep up to date with the latest skincare trends
- Be comfortable working both on your own and within a team
- Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Liz Earle and help our customers find the best products for their needs
