Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cambridge to lead a team on the shop floor, coach colleagues and balance people, performance and operations. You’ll model high standards of care for customers and patients and drive commercial results while maintaining safe, compliant store practices.
You’ll report to the Store Manager, plan rosters, support training and development, and own day-to-day running to ensure a welcoming, efficient store experience. A pharmacy background is preferred.
