In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, helping to define the scope and objectives for major projects. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that our healthcare applications are top‑notch.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define, capture, prioritise the backlog of requirements and create user stories, including functional, non‑functional and IT operational requirements for the project.
- Analyse business requests and evaluate options for enhancing systems and processes, ensuring the customers needs are always at the forefront of solutions.
- Plan business analysis work, defining timescales and milestones for successful project delivery in an agile and waterfall manner as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts on complex projects, ensuring alignment across the board.
- Support the Lead Business Analyst in engaging with business functions to formulate product roadmaps.
- Supporting test teams and project managers with the evaluation of defects and prioritisation of these defects.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, with a passion for delivering outstanding solutions.
- Confidence and passion to take personal accountability for projects of varying scale and inspiring the implementation of outstanding solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall software delivery environments and an all‑round appreciation of IT delivery.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Agile Business Analyst.
- Background in a fast‑paced healthcare, pharmacy, or retail environment.
- A recognised qualification in business analysis.
