We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to join our Regional Dispensing Hub in Basingstoke. As our Supply Chain Pharmacist, you will be a critical part of our exciting new project which is going to enable growth through central fill innovation whilst using your knowledge and previous experience to lead the day-to-day clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day clinical operations and services to our stores.
- Lead a safety-first culture to ensure patient safety and health & safety standards.
- Show initiative and continuous improvement by setting up new procedures and evolving operations for our Pharmacy stores.
- Lead the clinical elements of the production shift supporting site colleagues to complete tasks within timeframes and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Supervise and train colleagues.
- Work flexibly as part of the RDH leadership team to support end-to-end performance.
Qualifications
- GPhC Registered practicing pharmacist with extensive post-registration experience within community pharmacy.
- Ability to work at pace in a high-volume environment.
- Good technical and IT skills.
- A distribution and supply chain background, preferably in pharmacy logistics, is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a continuous evolving role as we shape future innovation.
- Motivated to deliver continuous improvements whilst demonstrating leadership capabilities.
