As an Assistant Manager at Boots Opticians, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and implement the commercial plan, supporting the growth and improvement of the business. Your responsibilities will span customer service, store operations, and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks. You will manage a team with varying experience and clinical knowledge, helping them develop their skills and careers. Management tasks include creating rotas, conducting return-to-work reviews, and performance management.
