Overview

Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan and managing the delivery of communications for health and pharmacy services. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for creation, ownership and delivery of the CRM plan for both app and email channels from a health and pharmacy services perspective.
  • Working as a member of the healthcare marketing squad to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need.
  • Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.
  • Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI result.
  • Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.
  • Work reactively to facilitate the business asks and work at speed to meet commercial needs.

What you’ll need to have

  • Have a background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM
  • Have experience and understanding of healthcare marketing rules and regulations
  • Be a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set.
  • Have excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills.
  • Be flexible, happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.
