As Director of Educational Standards (Mainstream), you will play a central role in shaping and securing high-quality education across our mainstream schools, working closely with headteachers, school leaders and the CEO to drive school improvement at scale. Role and responsibilities
The Director of Educational Standards (Mainstream) will provide strategic leadership to drive and sustain high-quality education across the Trust's mainstream schools. Reporting to the CEO, the role will lead mainstream trust-wide school improvement, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning, curriculum and outcomes. The postholder will work closely with school leaders to build capacity and secure continuous improvement, whilst also supporting the CEO in outward-facing school improvement work and system leadership beyond the Trust.
