This role will be based in RAF Lossiemouth and will involve training & supporting P-8A & E7 operations and support personnel.

The Fixed Wing MRO team is a diverse and exciting environment based in RAF Lossiemouth.

Boeing Defence UK deliver a fixed wing maintenance solution to the MOD, providing skills and qualified personnel to maintain aircraft, and support onsite activity.

This role is a vital part of our P145 approval and MAA compliance following and adhering to our Training and Authorisations manual.

This role may also include some teaching.

The role

  • Create, monitor and manage training profiles required by the operations team in accordance with the requirements laid down within the scope of the Military Airworthiness Authority (MAA) and in accordance with Boeing Defence United Kingdom (BDUK) policies.
  • Monitor the training records of the operations team to make sure that validity is maintained for all personnel.
  • Arrange and coordinate external training providers when required.
  • Assist other departments within Boeing when and if required.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain UK SC (Security Clearance)

  • Proficient computer skills, use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in a training coordination or administration role.
  • Teaching qualification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using training management systems and databases.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of defence operations and procedures.

This position requires the ability to obtain a UK security Clearance for which the UK Government requires UK residency.

The successful candidate will hold, or have the ability to obtain, Security Clearance (SC).
