We are currently looking to hire a Flight Operations/Global Engagement Scheduler to join our team based at the Training Campus in Crawley. This facility is located close to London's Gatwick Airport.
Position Responsibilities
- Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials to others.
- Participates in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet departmental requirements.
- Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational issues of moderate scope and complexity.
- Supports meetings and reviews to ensure that information visibility is provided.
- Gathers requirements for projects of moderate scope and complexity and ensures all requirements are met.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of the department schedule and budget; assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates plan status.
- Plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points to satisfy the needs of the business and employees.
- Maintains and tracks training requirements.
- Assists with content development of training materials by interfacing with others.
- Works under general supervision.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CAAS, DGCA, CAAC, EASA, and FAA rules and regulations regarding pilot currency and proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dispatcher License.
- Bachelor degree or higher.
