Starting in September 2026, the two‑year scheme will see the successful applicants undertake four six‑month placements across a number of key disciplines, in Bristol or Milton Keynes. The scheme will provide the successful graduate a chance to cover a diverse range of areas, fundamental to understanding successful digital roles within Boeing. We put an emphasis on learning in the workplace with live projects, working across multiple teams and locations, supported by theoretical learning and support from colleagues and the Early Careers team.
Rotations may involve but are not limited to, working on any of the following areas:
- Data Analytics: This team works with big data platforms and analytic toolsets such as Tableau, Kibana and Power BI to provide dashboarding capabilities against specified requirements.
- Architecture: Our architecture teams consist of enterprise and solution architects. This team defines our structure and operation within Boeing and also provides buildable solutions for technical and non‑technical problems.
- Business Analysis: The Business Analysts engage proactively with business departments to identify and define business requirements.
- Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC): The CSOC team proactively hunts for suspicious or anomalous activity. As well as responding to security events, requests and incidents, you may be recording activity in management systems, monitoring the security posture of the IT estate and identifying anomalous activity and behaviours by the use of Security information and event management tools, or performing in‑depth analysis of log files, systems and network traffic.
- Middleware and Integration: This team provides exposure to complex integration solutions providing hands-on experience in middleware platform installation, configuration and support.
- Data Services: With over 3000 databases to design, monitor and manage, there is plenty of opportunity to learn different database technologies in this team.
- Test: Our test team is kept very busy across multiple programmes. Gain hands-on experience in all facets of testing including the creation of test plans, test summary reports and traceability matrix.
- Infrastructure: We have an incredibly busy infrastructure team covering all aspects of networks, data centres, UNIX, storage and backup.

Essential Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- Studying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within the last 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Qualified to degree level in a science or numerical subject such as mathematics, engineering or similar or a degree in computer science.
- Confidence or willingness to present and host meetings.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
- To have a forward-thinking mindset and be self‑motivated.
- Effective communication skills.
PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate will be expected to undergo an Intrusive Security Clearance Process, which will require 5 years uninterrupted residency in the UK prior to applying. We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
