Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. You will demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.

More about the role: With over 2,000 exciting products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team is on hand to engage with customers daily. We take the time to learn our customers’ needs and recommend fantastic products that enhance their well-being. Our products are packed with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically through Community Trade programmes, allowing us to help communities build a better life.

As part of our dedicated team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice and provide inspirational insights into The Body Shop products and philosophy. You will learn about the products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find options that suit their preferences and lifestyle.

  • Ability to communicate and listen effectively
