Responsibilities: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

About the role: With over 2,000 products, the team engages customers daily, providing expert advice and recommending products that match their needs. The consultant offers inspirational insights into products and philosophy, learns product origins and proactively engages with customers to match preferences and lifestyle.
