We're looking for a

Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand team on a maternity cover basis for 8 months to help shape the next chapter of our iconic brand.

This is a strategically important role responsible for developing and delivering global campaigns that drive customer relevance, awareness and loyalty, while ensuring consistency of our brand identity and positioning across markets.

Working closely with teams across Creative, PR, Social Media, Digital, Retail and International Markets, you'll lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns from concept through to activation and performance review.

You'll act as the lynchpin between multiple functions and partners, bringing teams together behind a shared vision and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with customers around the world.

We're looking for an experienced brand marketer with a proven track record of delivering large-scale campaigns, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a fast-paced, global environment.

Experience within retail, beauty, FMCG or consumer brands would be advantageous.
