Your role in a nutshell: We are recruiting for an experienced Senior CRM Manager on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will ensure the development and deployment of the omni-channel CRM & Loyalty strategy for The Body Shop. Responsible for the delivery of CRM revenue and traffic targets, and the delivery of, and revenue & engagement of the Love Your Body Club loyalty programme.
More about the role:
- Set the strategy for the trade campaign programme, which will be delivered by the CRM manager across email, SMS & Direct Mail.
- Deliver the strategy to achieve increased customer revenue, satisfaction and retention through trade and trigger communications alongside CRM manager and CRM agency.
- Feed into the budgeting process for the UK from an owned channel and customer perspective.
- Deliver the roll out of the current loyalty programme to the new technology platform, and build the strategy to optimise and relaunch the programme.
- Have ownership for the CRM and Loyalty roadmaps with IT, Digital, eCommerce and retail teams to drive incremental revenue and drive Customer Lifetime Value.
- Weekly trade reporting on the CRM channel.
- Deliver consistent reporting on the effectiveness of CRM and Loyalty to the business to ensure tracking is in line with key business objectives.
- Deliver trade and engagement driving initiatives to customers across CRM channels, Digital, eCommerce and retail.
- Team management to support CRM manager & Loyalty manager in driving the delivery of the strategy, and to ensure revenue targets are met.
