Your role in a nutshell We are recruiting for an experienced Loyalty Manager. The successful candidate will manage all Love Your Body Club related activities including delivery of promotions, marketing campaign and communications, and to support the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager in the delivery of the re-launch of the programme. Responsible for delivering commercial KPIs focused on increased member revenue, engagement value and retention. More about the role Support the Senior CRM & Loyalty manager in delivering against Loyalty programme revenue targets (+£950K incremental revenue). Project manage delivery of those promotional plans through supporting teams – CRM, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce. Work with colleagues in marketing teams to produce and deliver promotional material for LYBC activations – emails, SMSs, social media, e-commerce digital content, and retail merchandising. Work with Retail teams to maintain a curriculum of training materials to support the delivery of the LYBC programme. Compile and share appropriate reporting on performance of LYBC programme with team and wider stakeholders. Support the Senior CRM & Loyalty manager in the roll out of the current loyalty programme to the new technology platform, and build the strategy to optimise and relaunch the programme.
