Your role in a nutshell:
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times, whilst upholding the values and vision of the company and adhering to all company procedures and policies.

Provide expert, product‑focused advice to customers and help them discover the range that best suits their preferences and lifestyle. As part of a dedicated team of Consultants, you will communicate the products’ natural ingredients and the community benefits of our Community Trade programmes, giving customers a meaningful reason to choose The Body Shop.
