Your role in a nutshell

We are looking for a dynamic individual with existing digital expertise to drive the online development of our brand via our eCommerce platforms.

Working as part of a small team reporting directly into the Digital Trading Manager, you will provide business critical support to the eCommerce function and help to drive UK sales in a fast‑paced environment.

More about the role

  • Ensure all new products and promotional launches are executed and merchandised in accordance with the marketing calendar and best practice online.
  • Work closely with supply chain stakeholders to manage strong stock availability online.
  • Collaborate with the customer marketing team to ensure timely sends of emails in line with product and promotional launches. Ensure featured products are in stock and the email calendar aligns with commercial opportunities.
  • Regular reporting and analysis of digital performance against top line KPIs from a sales perspective. Identify customer funnel analytics, suggest improvements and discover opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Work with our web development agency to raise and resolve any bugs.
  • Occasionally support our Customer Care manager monitoring and replying to customer queries during exceptionally busy/peak periods.
  • Research online trends of our bestselling product categories and regularly report on key insights discovered.
  • Support product launches and merchandising of non‑direct digital channels (e.g. Amazon, LookFantastic, etc.), providing support, new product content, imagery and assets.
  • Day‑to‑day management of website content.
  • Administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.
  • Work closely with the finance team to keep purchase orders and invoices up to date.
  • Support commercial, global and marketing stakeholders and provide commercially driven insights to support trade.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years digital commerce experience with demonstrable evidence of achieving business goals.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Proven organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Shopify Plus is desired and a clear benefit, but not essential. Other platform experience welcome.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support with additional ad‑hoc duties as they arise.
  • Analytical with good organisational skills.
  • Seeking to develop your knowledge base and skills.
