The Body Shop is seeking an Outlet Account Manager to lead the UK outlet strategy within Customer Experience. You will own the customer-facing and commercial marketing agenda across the Outlet estate, maximizing visibility, opportunities and engagement with partner outlets.
Collaborating with Commercial, Marketing and Retail teams, you will drive performance, pricing and campaign effectiveness while evolving the outlet customer journey. Travel across the UK may be required.
