Your role in a nutshell: The Global Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking across the supply chain function. The role is responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting operational data to improve decision making, identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for someone who can join us on a 12 month fixed‑term contract with hybrid working arrangements.

- Reporting and Analysis: Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance supply chain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to provide clear operational visibility and support informed business decision‑making across the supply chain function.
- Analyse a broad range of supply chain and operational metrics, including inventory levels, stock health, supplier performance, excess and obsolete inventory, service levels, and operational efficiency, to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and distribute detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly operational performance reports and executive summaries for management teams and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update reporting documentation, KPI definitions, dashboard standards and reporting procedures to ensure consistency, transparency and effective knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, inventory planning and operations teams to gather reporting requirements, understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct detailed supply chain performance evaluations to identify cost‑saving opportunities, operational inefficiencies, process gaps and areas for continuous improvement across the supply chain network.
- Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives aimed at improving reporting efficiency, reducing manual processes and enhancing data visibility.
What we look for:
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to effectively collaborate across departments. Ability to work with large data sets, in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Customer orientated. Analytical and data‑driven mindset. Manages complexity.
- Experience: 3‑5 years experience in a supply chain or operations role, with demonstrated expertise in planning, forecasting and/or reporting. Understanding of inventory management best practice and procedures. Experience with cost‑control initiatives and process improvement in a supply chain environment.
- Tools & Technology: Proficiency in ERP systems and planning systems, SAP preferred but not essential. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of supply chain principles (MRP/S&OP/Inventory management). Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, SAP BW.
