Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
- Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Offer expert advice on the range of over 2,000 products, providing inspirational insights into product origins, benefits and suitability for customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that enhance their lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Experience in customer service is ideal.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Passion for beauty and the retail industry.
- Open availability for evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
