Your role
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

With over 2,000 exciting products designed to suit every customer\’s preference, there is a lot to choose from. Our team is on-hand to talk with customers every day, learn their needs and recommend products that make them feel good. We offer products with natural ingredients, many sourced ethically using Community Trade programmes. When advising customers on skincare regimes, we aim to help communities build a better life as well as meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
- Learn products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find ranges that suit their preferences and lifestyle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
- Demonstrate and uphold the company’s values and vision while ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers; customer service experience is ideal.
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
