Responsibilities:
- Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
- Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of The Body Shop while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Engage with customers to learn their needs and recommend products that meet their preferences and lifestyle.
- Provide expert advice on product usage, origins and benefits, and share the range to match customers’ preferences and lifestyles.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in store events and community initiatives as directed by the team.
