Responsibilities
- Support the eCommerce function and drive UK sales in a fast‑paced environment.
- Execute and merchandise new products and promotional launches in line with the marketing calendar and best practice online.
- Work with supply‑chain stakeholders to maintain strong stock availability online.
- Collaborate with the customer marketing team to send emails on time for product and promotional launches.
- Ensure featured products are in stock and align the email calendar with commercial opportunities.
- Report and analyse digital performance against top‑line KPIs from a sales perspective.
- Analyse customer funnel data, suggest improvements and identify opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Work with the web‑development agency to raise and resolve bugs.
- Occasionally support the Customer Care manager by monitoring and replying to customer queries during peak periods.
- Research online trends in bestselling product categories and report key insights.
- Support product launches and merchandising on non‑direct digital channels (e.g. Amazon, LookFantastic), providing content, imagery and assets.
- Manage day‑to‑day website content.
- Provide administrative or other marketing support as required.
- Maintain purchase orders and invoices with the finance team.
- Support commercial, global and marketing stakeholders with commercially driven insights to support trade.
- Be highly commercial, tenacious and self‑motivated with a “can‑do” attitude.
- Be results‑oriented and proactive in problem solving.
- Communicate clearly, diplomatically and professionally in writing and verbally.

Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2years of digital commerce experience with evidence of achieving business goals.

- Hands‑on experience with ShopifyPlus is desirable but not essential; other platform experience is welcome.
