Team Leader - 25hrs at The Body Shop Australia

Our role is to support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the supervision and coaching of Customer Consultants, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding the brand and company assets and values of The Body Shop.

Responsibilities

  • Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store
  • Supervise and coach Customer Consultants to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Demonstrate a commitment to protecting the brand and company assets in line with company policies
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and complete audit documentation as per operational standards
  • Coordinate between customers, the team and the manager; manage change and operate multiple systems
  • Provide training support to new staff and act as a flexible, responsible role model
  • Maintain store layout and inventory management in line with guidelines
