The Body Lab London is an unrivalled premium wellness club offering science-backed treatments, advanced wellness programs, and cutting-edge therapies. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Personal Trainer to join our elite team.
As a Personal Trainer at The Body Lab, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility, delivering a bespoke, five-star service to a discerning clientele. Our trainers specialise in tailored programming to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through an evidence-based approach to training and recovery.

The Role:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Salary: £25,400 + an excellent commission structure
- Opportunities to PT on/off shift
- Working hours cover 6 AM - 9 PM weekdays & 7 AM - 6 PM weekends, with flexibility and weekend availability required
You will be responsible for:
- Creating individualised fitness and wellbeing programmes
- Providing expert coaching and motivation to clients
- Delivering a premium client experience with a holistic approach to training and recovery
- Upholding daily operational standards
- Driving engagement with The Body Lab’s wellness offerings
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and innovations in fitness and recovery
Ideal Candidate:
We are particularly interested in trainers with experience or an interest in women’s health, pre/postnatal training, and Pilates, though this is not essential. You should also have:
- A Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or similar preferred)
- Practical gym-based coaching experience
- A strong understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and nutrition
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
- Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing
