The Role

Your role as an Food & Beverage Team leader is to provide unforgettable dining experiences and commitment in your role. You’ll work to lead the team and contribute to our purpose and provide exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers & guests. Maintaining our high quality standards and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Support your team members during busy periods and special events.
  • Oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, including dining areas and bar services, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food & beverage or a similar role is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
