We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at a well-regarded contemporary Mediterranean restaurant in Amberley, West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with high-end kitchen experience who is ready to take on more responsibility in a creative and supportive environment.
You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal ingredients many sourced locally using modern equipment and techniques to create beautifully executed dishes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for running your section and supporting others in this quality-driven kitchen.
