Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie you will deliver excellent food standards, prepare seasonal menus and daily specials, and maintain a 5‑star rating. You will be a key member of the brigade, ensuring all dishes are prepared to specification and have experience at all stations with the ability to produce starters, mains and desserts. You will support the Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience, preferably in a fresh‑food environment. A commis with a desire to progress is also welcome.
