What you’ll be doing as Commis Chef?
Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Commis Chef, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and will gain experience in the kitchen on different sections as well as supporting the team with stock management and maintaining a 5‑star rating.
