An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced purchasing administrator to join the small finance team. At Gresham’s we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18. Founded in 1555 and located in the heart of North Norfolk, Gresham’s is a thriving co-educational school set across 300 acres of countryside, just minutes from award-winning beaches and areas of natural beauty.
Gresham’s are currently seeking a suitably qualified Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the small, dedicated team within the finance function. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills, a strong attention to detail, good MS Excel skills and be a confident communicator. The role is substantially self-managing on a day-to-day basis and involves contact with staff across all three schools. The holder is generally the first point of contact on all queries or matters relating to payments and receipts. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and possess excellent organisational skills.
