The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Required as soon as possible, the Pastoral Manager (term time plus 3 weeks of holiday time – 37 weeks in total) will take a lead role in the wellbeing and safety of key groups of students identified as requiring additional support and intervention. The post holder will work directly with the Pastoral Team and Boarding Houses to ensure core standards of behaviour and attendance are maintained and, where appropriate, work with a range of other colleagues and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for students. The Pastoral Manager will also provide administrative support to the Pastoral Team.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working in pupil support at a senior level, ideally with students aged 11 – 18. This is a great opportunity for a talented and kind individual to join the Pastoral Team.
