We are seeking a driven and dedicated HR Operations Administrator to join our newly formed HR team. The role involves developing best practices, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. The successful candidate will have previous HR and payroll experience. This role offers the opportunity to expand your HR knowledge, learn from experienced professionals, and deliver top-tier service.
New Hall School offers an exceptional working environment in a stunning Grade I listed building, formerly Tudor palace of Beaulieu. With approximately 300 staff, New Hall is a warm, welcoming, and supportive community. A new London rail station will open in 2025 at Stratford, just 26 minutes away; London Liverpool Street is 34 minutes away.
