Housemistresses/masters at Queenswood play a vital role in the pastoral and academic wellbeing of the students. The Housemistress/master of Trew House is responsible for up to 50 Y11-Y13 Flexi boarders. This post would suit an experienced practitioner in pastoral care with/without QTS status, or someone looking for career advancement. This is a residential post and the job holder is required to live in the Boarding House.
Benefits include year round free accommodation in the Boarding House, with all associated expenses. Involvement in the wider life of the school is expected.
Queenswood is GSA, BSA Boarding and Day School for approximately 430 girls aged 11-18, set in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside close to London. Teaching at Queenswood you will have motivated students, an idyllic setting and plenty of opportunity for initiative and career progression.
