Witham Hall is a happy and dynamic co-educational day and boarding Prep school, set within superb grounds on the Lincolnshire/Rutland border. The School is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate School Matron to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the School with regards to medical and pastoral care of the pupils.
With experience of providing outstanding pastoral care, the successful candidate will have a friendly, caring, approachable manner, with excellent communication skills. Working within a small team, flexibility with working hours is essential to ensure Matron cover across the week. The position is initially for a 1yr fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with the possibility of a longer-term role being available.
Witham Hall School Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with current and previous employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
