We’re looking for a Senior Server to help lead the floor at The Blues Kitchen. The Blues Kitchen brings together delicious food, world class music and an incredible drinks menu, all under one roof. It’s built on great hospitality. Thoughtful service, proper food, and a space that feels welcoming and consistent throughout. We focus on the details that matter, how teams work together, how guests are looked after, and how every visit is considered and worth coming back for.

As a Senior Server, you support the management team in delivering a strong guest experience. You lead by example on the floor, support the team, and help maintain high standards throughout. This is a great role for someone ready to step towards management and deepen their understanding of how we curate incredible guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a section and support the wider team
  • Help train and develop junior team members
  • Maintain high standards across service and presentation
  • Support managers in delivering well-organised shifts
  • Handle guest queries confidently and professionally
  • Set the tone on the floor through energy and example

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Server in a restaurant environment
  • Confidence supporting and guiding other team members
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Someone who wants to progress into management

What to Expect

  • Competitive pay: £12.75 per hour plus tronc total package usually between £12.75 to £15.25 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
