We’re looking for an ambitious, organised and people-focused People & Talent Manager to become the heartbeat of our Camden offices and help shape the future of our teams, culture and talent. This is far more than a traditional recruitment or office role. You’ll help drive a high-performance culture, support managers to build exceptional teams, and create an environment where people can grow and thrive within one of London’s most exciting hospitality and music businesses. You’ll play a key role in attracting and developing future music industry talent, creating outstanding employee experiences and supporting people management processes across the business.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, operationally excellent and excited by modern ways of working, including using AI and technology to improve efficiency and streamline processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, genuinely loves people and wants to help shape the future of a culturally influential business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talent Acquisition & Future Talent
    • Lead recruitment for Promotions roles from advert through to onboarding
    • Write engaging job adverts that reflect our culture and employer brand
    • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support offers, contracts and onboarding
    • Build relationships with recruiters, job boards and creative talent networks
    • Help attract future leaders and emerging talent across music, hospitality and nightlife
    • Create and manage The Columbo Group music internship programme
    • Support career pathways, progression opportunities and talent development
    • Continuously improve recruitment systems, processes and candidate experience
  • People Operations & High Performance Culture
    • Support managers in building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture
    • Coordinate probation reviews, performance cycles and regular 1:1 processes
    • Support managers with goal-setting and people management processes
    • Assist with employee relations and performance management administration
    • Maintain accurate employee records and people systems
    • Support holiday administration, scheduling and wider people operations
    • Continuously improve and streamline People Team processes
    • Provide administrative support to the People Team and senior leadership
  • Learning, Development & Employee Experience
    • Coordinate onboarding and induction experiences for new starters
    • Deliver engaging inductions focused on culture, values and ways of working
    • Support training, development and future talent initiatives
    • Organise welcome lunches, introductions and onboarding schedules
    • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Office & Workplace Experience
    • Oversee the day-to-day running of our Camden offices
    • Create a welcoming, organised and inspiring office environment
    • Manage office supplies, facilities, technology and workplace operations
    • Coordinate contractors, maintenance and office communications
  • Culture & Team Engagement
    • Organise socials, team lunches and company events
    • Coordinate recognition initiatives and celebrations
    • Support culture-building and employee wellbeing initiatives
    • Help foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment, people operations, HR, office management or employee experience
  • Passion for people, music, hospitality and culture
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and operationally strong
  • Excited by AI tools and modern ways of working that improve efficiency and organisation
  • Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft 365 and recruitment platforms
  • Genuine interest in helping people grow, perform and develop
