We’re looking for a Server to join the team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester. The award-winning Blues Kitchen has brought its legendary energy to the heart of Manchester. With a stunning Southern-inspired interior and a stage that hosts world-class blues, soul and funk artists, it’s a place where great food, strong drinks and live music come together every night of the week. Serving up all-American comfort food classics and expertly crafted cocktails, The Blues Kitchen Manchester is one of the city’s most vibrant nightlife destinations. It’s a fast-paced environment with a lot going on. We’re looking for warm, confident people who enjoy busy services and know how to make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running your section and making sure guests are well looked after throughout their visit.
  • Welcoming guests with a friendly and genuine approach.
  • Taking and relaying orders clearly and accurately.
  • Recommending food and drinks with confidence.
  • Working closely with the floor and bar teams to keep service smooth and efficient.
  • Helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere in the room.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Confidence managing a section during busy service.
  • Experience following structured service steps, including allergen procedures.
  • Someone warm, organised and attentive to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication.
  • A genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and music.

What to Expect

  • Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71– £14.75 per hour).
  • Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
  • A dynamic working environment across our bar, restaurant and live music venue.
