We’re looking for a skilled Part-Time Pizza Chef to join the team behind Hot Saint, our in-house pizza concept at The Old Queen’s Head, one of North London’s most iconic pubs. This role is all about pizza. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistently great food during busy pub trade, high volume weekends and late-night sessions. If you know your dough, thrive in fast‑paced services and care about quality, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking high quality pizzas during service
- Managing dough, fermentation and prep to maintain consistency
- Supporting smooth, fast paced kitchen operations during busy shifts
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Helping manage stock, prep levels and minimising wastage
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and venue team
